HOW
TO MAINTAIN A CHART OF ACCOUNT
Firstly open Peach tree software and click on 1st
option and after that brows your file and then you will be able to see the
following window:
And in this window you will select the option of
chart of accounts.
In this you put account id and its description and
click on ‘tab’ button for account type. This all working you done for the sake
of recording.
You can see the recordings from look up button.
CHANGING
IN THE SAVED RECORDS:
If you want to delete the one of the saved data you will open it with the help of look up button and select it from the recordings and then click on delete button to delete it.

If you want to make any type of changing you again you will open the recordings with the help of look up button and select it from it and click on change button to make changing.
